Ryan Delgatto #47

SR. Season Stats:
99 tackles, 29 TFL, 22 Sacks
JR. Season Stats:
86 Tackles
16 TFL
11 Sacks, 7 Hurries
Athletic:
Senior All-State
All Conference
2x J & C All Area
Bench: 205 lbs
Squat: 375 lbs
Clean: 275 lbs
Bio: Ryan Delgatto is the best edge rusher in the state in my opinion. A great first step and unreal discipline has had him in the backfield of our opponents since his freshman year. While he may be seen as undersized for Dline he would be a great walked up backer at the next level. He has played every position in the box for us and plays them all with a level of physicality that most kids can not handle when they have to play against him. Ryan is a nice humble kid that can flip a switch when on the field.

Sam Watson #53
6'0 255lb OL/DL
Class of 2025
SR. Season Stats:
42 Tackles, 2 TFL, 1 Sack
JR. Season Stats:
7 Tackles
1 Sack
1 Forced Fumble
Athletic / School:
3.5 GPA
Bench: 230 lbs
Squat: 375 lbs
Clean: 235 lbs
Bio: Sam Watson has been on the bad side of luck in terms of the people in his position group. Sam has the tangibles and ability to play major minutes of varsity football but has been in a loaded Defensive line group. His size and frame paired with raw athletic ability was a great base for our defensive coaches to work with. He shines the most as a boundary end for us being able to use his speed and length to slant to the guard.

Will Spencer #54

All Conference (HM)
Bench: 255 lbs

Bio: Will Spencer is a player that brings a ton of energy both in games and on the practice field. On offense he plays hard and physical at the tackle position (Could play any OL position) bringing the fight to the defense. On defense he has good extension and the ability to throw players. Will's motor, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the game has proven to be a problem for opposing teams.

Gabe Cabrera #70
5'10 305lb OL/DL
Class of 2025
Athletic:
All Conference
J & C All Area
Bench: 365 lbs
Squat: 465 lbs
Clean: 225 lbs
Off Team Stats:
3,123 Passing Yards
1,673 Rushing Yards
Bio: Gabe Cabrera joined the football team last year and we felt his presence right away. Gabe has always loved the weight room and finally got to put it to good use when he won the left guard spot last year. Good athleticism for his size, a great punch, and the ability to be coachable was a good base to start with. Gabe improved a ton last year but still has so much untapped potential due to his late start. He is going to have tremendous upside as a player and is one of the nicest humans you could run into.

Mark Melville #41
6'1 190 lbs DE/LB
Class of 2026
Jr Season Stats:
17 tackles, 4 Tfls, 1 sack
Athletic :
Bench: 215 lbs
Squat: 405 lbs
Clean: 245 lbs
Bio:Mark Melville is coming off of a successful Junior campaign where he found playing time in a lot of our games as a "speed package" Defensive lineman. Through this we saw a glimpse of the production we will get out of him this year as a starter. Mark has a second to none work ethic, great motor, and a pure love for the game of football. Mark is constantly a kid that sets the tone for our defense through his attitude and playing style.

Jonas Eversman #59
6'2 205 lbs OT/DE/K
Class of 2026
Off Team Stats:
3,123 Passing Yards
1,673 Rushing Yards
Academic / Social:
3.98 GPA
National Honor Society
Bring Change to Mind Club
Students for Life Club
Glenmary Mission Trip
Salvation Army Volunteer
Bio: Jonas Eversman is the best example we have of someone who places the team needs above their own. He is constantly doing the extra things that most kids would not notice (cleaning trash, helping younger players, ect.) Having to miss his sophomore year due to injury we are sure Jonas came back in his junior year to play on both sides of the ball depending on the game. Jonas is most comfortable at OT where he is expected to start this year.

Ty Clayton #60
6'1 260lbs OT/DT
Class of 2026
Off Team Stats:
3,123 Passing Yards
1,673 Rushing Yards
Athletic :
Bench: 190 lbs
Squat: 285 lbs
Clean: 190 lbs
Bio: Ty Clayton had to grow fast in his sophomore year as injury to a starter had him playin offensive tackle in the tournament. Ty was able to take this opportunity and prove he was a Friday night player by performing at a high level for the four biggest weeks of the year. This was followed by a Junior year where our Oline was not as set as it was the prior year and would see Ty start depending on the week. Ty has really transformed his mentality this off season and we expect this to have him playing on both sides of the ball.

Gus Sandberg #65
5'11 220 lbs LB/OL
Class of 2026
Athletic :
Bench: 215 lbs
Squat: 370 lbs
Clean: 200 lbs
Off Team Stats:
3,123 Passing Yards
1,673 Rushing Yards
Bio: Gus Sandberg is a two sport athlete that excels on the baseball diamond and the gridiron. He is an extremely hard working blue collar kid that loves every aspect of the game. Gus started at guard for LCC last year and is expected to compete for either a ILB or DL spot on defense this year. He is extremely athletic for an offensive lineman with solid footwork and the ability to get to the second level. Gus has become a lot stronger after a consistent three years in the weight room and we are excited to see that continue to transition to Friday nights.

Tage Shidler #71
6'0 205 lbs DE/LB/OL
Class of 2026
Athletic :
Bench: 225 lbs
Squat: 330 lbs
Clean: 275 lbs
Off Team Stats:
3,123 Passing Yards
1,673 Rushing Yards
Awards:
All Conference 2024
J & C All Area 2024
Bio:Tage Shidler is a program player that has had tremendous growth between each year. Tage continues to grow into new positions and has settled at OL/DL/LB with his frame. Tage has great athleticism for being a lineman and is not afraid to mix it up with bigger kids. Tage’s growth can be attributed to his love and dedication to the game of football. He is constantly out on the field getting extra work on his own trying to max out his potential in this sport. Shidler's Junior season saw him as a all conference and all area center.

Dominic Delgatto #55
6'1 190lb DE/OL
Class of 2027
SO. Season Stats:
12 Tackles, 2 TFL , 3 Sacks
Athletic:
Bench: 205 lbs
Squat: 375 lbs
Clean: 275 lbs
Bio: Dominic Delgatto is going to take the mantle from his older brother Ryan as one of the best pass rushers in the state. With a good frame to be and edge rusher and a meticulous attention to detail Dom has improved drastically in his first two years as a high school football player. While we knew since he came in he had the ability to be a big time player for us the uptick in his physicality this year earned him time as a pass rusher in our third in long packages. If he has the same growth this year you will never see #55 off the field.

Tommy Brown #63
6'5 205lb DE/OLB/OL
Class of 2027
SO. Season Stats:
3 Tackles and a pass deflection
Athletic:
Bench: 205 lbs
Squat: 225 lbs
Clean: 275 lbs
Bio: Tommy Brown may have a higher ceiling than any athlete we have had at LCC in my tenure. A 6'5 frame on a kid who is not stuck in a "Big" mentality has allowed for him to mesh OLB and DE together and become a hybrid player for our defense. Tommy is the most impactful when it comes to holding contain for the LOS and pass rush.

Eli Thompson #18
6'2 195lbs DE/OLB
Class of 2028
FR. Season Stats:
17 tackles, 3 TFL, 5 sacks, 1 PD
Athletic:
Bench: 265 lbs
Squat: 400 lbs
Clean: 275 lbs
Bio: Eli Thompson is one of the most varsity ready freshman that LCC has seen in a long time. He came into high school as one of the strongest and fastest kids due to his natural talent and ability. While it is great to get someone like that at a 2a school it is even better when they have a second to none work ethic like Eli does. Since he has joined the LCC football team he has refused to be outworked by anyone. Eli spent the season jumping around positions on defense depending on the game plan but found the most success for us on 3rd and longs as a pass rusher or QB spy. Eli will spend the next three years rarely coming off the field as Offensive skill and defensive box player.
